I want you to love your Vardela piece. If your purchase isn't quite right, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return:

  • Please contact me within 14 days of delivery to request a return.
  • Once your return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Items showing signs of wear, use, alteration, or damage are not eligible for a refund.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

EXCHANGES

I do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different style, size, or piece, please return your eligible item and place a new order.

FINALE SALE

For hygiene reasons, all earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Made-to-order and personalized pieces are also final sale, as they are created specifically for you.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If a package is returned to me because of an incorrect or incomplete address, a $7 return-to-sender fee will be deducted from your refund.
