PROCESSING TIME
Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Pieces made to order require 5–8 business days for production before being shipped.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time, and shipping times vary based on location:
- Domestic: - Local (city): 2-3 days
- Regional (province): 4-6 days
- National: 6-8 days
- Remote: 10 days
- United States: 4-8 business days (Maybe more due to U.S. Customs)
- International: 1-3 weeks
- You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
U.S. TARIFFS
All orders to the U.S. include import duties and taxes, which we pay upfront with DDP shipping. This means your package arrives hassle-free and with no surprises.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
All orders will be dispatched to the address specified in your Etsy order. Please ensure that you verify the shipping address for accuracy before finalizing your purchase. I cannot take responsibility for packages sent to an incorrect address, so buyers need to confirm that all shipping details are correct at checkout.
If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package after delivery attempts, a refund may be issued once the item is received back by our shop. Please note that a $7-$11 return shipping fee charged to me by the carrier will be deducted from the refund amount.
I am unable to replace or reship orders returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery unless additional shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
For packages sent with tracking and insurance, claims for lost or damaged items can be submitted to the respective shipping provider.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Buyers are accountable for any customs or duty fees incurred. We cannot be held liable for delays resulting from customs procedures or postal service complications.
